About Us
At 4C, we believe something simple but powerful:
mental health skills can be taught — and shared — by anyone.
When 4C Mental Health first launched, the impact was immediate.
People were learning evidence-based tools that changed their lives —
and they were turning around and helping others.
But there was a problem.
Over 90% told us they couldn’t afford ongoing access, even at our lowest rates.
We believe that finances should never determine who gets access to healing, connection, and the ability to support their community.
So in 2025, we created 4C for All, the nonprofit arm dedicated to making these programs accessible to anyone, anywhere.
Every dollar makes a direct difference
In 2025, over 90% of every donation funded real seats in real programs —
giving people the skills not only to heal themselves, but to stay and help others.
Because people may come for a class…
but they stay for community.
And that ripple effect changes everything.
Real empowerment comes when you are equipped with practical tools, knowledge, and a support system that encourages you to keep going.
Why “4C”?
The “4C” in our name stands for Classes and Connection for Collective Change. It highlights our commitment to bringing people together through transformative classes that build essential mental health skills, while fostering connections that inspire and support one another. Together, our community creates positive, lasting change—impacting individuals, families, and communities around the world.
